Most leadership programmes hand you a binder and wish you luck. Ours puts you in the room with real decisions, real pressure, and real feedback from people who have run organisations. You leave with skills you use on Monday morning.
Book a discovery callA training consultancy built by people who got tired of watching talented executives sit through generic workshops.
Leadership Elite Exec was founded in Scotland by three former C-suite operators who spent decades inside FTSE 250 companies, NHS trusts, and high-growth tech firms. We saw the same pattern: organisations spent five figures on leadership development, and six months later nothing had changed.
So we built something different. Our programmes are short, intense, and tied to the participant's actual work. Every session uses live business challenges from the participant's own organisation. No case studies about companies you will never run.
Since 2018 we have trained over 1,400 senior leaders across 11 industries. Our retention rate for repeat clients sits at 87%, because the results show up in board reports, not just in happy-sheet scores.
We operate from Scotland and deliver across the UK, both in person and through structured virtual cohorts of no more than eight participants.
Every programme is built around your organisation's real priorities, not a pre-packaged slide deck.
A three-day programme for CEOs, CFOs, COOs and managing directors. You work through your own strategic dilemmas with a facilitator who has held the same title. Sessions cover board dynamics, stakeholder management, and decision-making under incomplete information. Cohorts are capped at six.
Designed for directors and heads of function who are one step from the executive team. Over six weeks, participants tackle live projects: restructuring a department, launching a cross-functional initiative, or managing a difficult performance conversation. Each week includes a 90-minute facilitated session and 30 minutes of one-to-one coaching.
One-to-one engagements over three, six, or twelve months. Your coach has direct experience in your sector. Sessions happen fortnightly and focus on a specific leadership goal you set with your sponsor. We measure progress against observable behaviours, not self-reported confidence scores.
For leaders in their first 90 days of a new role. We help you map stakeholders, identify quick wins that matter, and avoid the common trap of reorganising before you understand the culture. The programme runs for 12 weeks with weekly sessions.
Half-day or full-day sessions for leadership teams that need to work together better. We use psychometric data (Hogan, MBTI, or your existing tool) combined with structured exercises that surface the real friction points. You leave with a written action plan, not just good intentions.
Before any training begins, we assess where your leadership bench actually stands. Our diagnostic combines 360-degree feedback, structured interviews, and a review of business performance data. The output is a 15-page report with specific recommendations, not vague themes.
Four steps from initial conversation to measurable leadership improvement.
A 30-minute conversation to understand what prompted your enquiry, who needs development, and what success looks like in your organisation. No sales pitch.
We gather data through interviews, psychometrics, and business metrics. Then we design a programme around your actual challenges, not a template.
In-person in Scotland or across the UK, or via structured virtual cohorts. Sessions are interactive, challenging, and directly tied to participants' live work.
At 90 days post-programme, we measure what changed. We interview sponsors, review performance data, and provide a written impact report.
Feedback from leaders and their organisations after completing our programmes.
"I have done ILM, Ashridge, and two internal programmes at previous employers. This was the first time I changed how I actually behave in meetings. The coaching follow-up made the difference."
"We sent our top 12 managers through the senior manager programme. Within four months, two of them were ready for promotion. The diagnostic report alone was worth the investment."
"The transition coaching helped me avoid mistakes I did not even know I was about to make. My coach had run a similar division and understood the politics instantly."
C-suite intensives are capped at six participants. Senior manager programmes accept up to eight. We never run open programmes with 20 or 30 strangers. Small groups mean every person gets direct facilitator attention and the conversations stay confidential enough to be honest.
Yes. About 60% of our in-person delivery happens in London, Manchester, and Edinburgh. We also run structured virtual cohorts for organisations with distributed teams. Virtual sessions follow the same format but use a dedicated platform with breakout rooms and shared workspaces.
Pricing depends on the format and number of participants. A three-day C-suite intensive for six people typically runs between £18,000 and £24,000 including diagnostics and follow-up. Executive coaching engagements start at £3,500 for a three-month programme. We provide a detailed proposal after the discovery call.
Absolutely. We design around your framework, not ours. If you use a specific psychometric tool internally, we can integrate that too. The goal is to strengthen what you already have, not replace it with our branding.
We agree on observable outcomes at the start: specific behaviours, business metrics, or project milestones. At 90 days we interview sponsors and participants, review any relevant data, and produce a written impact report. If something is not working, we adjust the programme rather than waiting until the end to find out.
Tell us about your leadership challenge. We will respond within one working day.
